Three experimental two-page comics that adapt the Laura Gilpin poem The Two-Headed Calf to instead be about infamous 70s plane hijacker D.B. Cooper. Both the man himself and the money he stole were never found, and his true identity is still a topic of debate today.

Lavern Bennet runs a blog where they review inns, hotels, and motels. When Lavern begins to visit hotels in their dreams, she starts reviewing them on her blog alongside the real ones. At first it was a joke, but they have quickly become fascinated by the strange architecture and distorted memories that shape the hotel rooms of the dream world.

Eleri Theda Extence is an illustrator who lives and works in the homeland of the Potawatomi, Ho-Chunk, Menominee, and Ojibwe peoples, also known as Wisconsin. They grew up inhaling every graphic novel in their local library and sometimes still cough up paper and ink. Then they got on the internet and started reading comics, because computers were harder to swallow.Their art mixes digital painting and traditional mediums like ink, watercolor, and crayon. In 2025 they graduated from the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design with a BFA in Illustration and a minor in Communication Design.You can send them a message at: [email protected]
